feat: improve signer status visualization with chips

- Replace indicator circle with NcChip component
- Add status-based chip types (success, warning, secondary)
- Add Material Design Icons for different statuses
- Improve layout with flexbox for better alignment
- Remove timestamp display in favor of status text
